1. Vendor spots are $50 each. This fees includes two weekend passes.
2. Spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please do not request spaces to be saved for someone else.
3. Electricity is not guaranteed. We will try to accomodate your needs for LIGHTS AND LOW AMPERAGE EQUIPMENT ONLY. If we run into an overload situation, vendors may be asked to unplug equipment. Please DO NOT PLUG YOUR CAMPER INTO OUR SUPPLY.
4. Generators not allowed without approval of event sponsor.
5. Vendors that compete are NOT eligible for competitor refunds.
6. Food vendors not allowed unless approval is obtained from sponsor at least 1 week before event. Approved food vendor fee is 20% of gross receipts or $50 (whichever is higher).
7. Approved food vendors are responsible for any health department permits that are required by the county or state.
