41st Annual Grayson County Old-Time & Bluegrass Fiddlers' Convention! An Official Crooked Road Event

Vendor Information

1. Vendor spots are $50 each. Two weekend passes are included.

2. Spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please do not request spaces to be saved for someone else.

3. Electricity is not guaranteed. We will try to accomodate your needs for LIGHTS AND LOW AMPERAGE EQUIPMENT ONLY. If we run into an overload situation, vendors may be asked to unplug equipment. Please DO NOT PLUG YOUR CAMPER INTO OUR SUPPLY.

4. Generators not allowed without approval of event sponsor.

5. Vendors that compete are NOT eligible for competitor refunds unless they purchase a spectator ticket at the front gate.

6. Food vendors not allowed unless approval is obtained from sponsor at least 1 week before event. The convention organizer reserves the right to charge additional or alternate fees for pre-approved food vendors. This will be discussed before approval is given.
